Court Sets Aside South African Govt's Huge Nuclear Deal

The Western Cape High Court has ruled that the South African government's decision to call for proposals for the procurement of 9.6 gigawatts of nuclear energy is unlawful and unconstitutional. The judgment also makes all agreements that South Africa pursued with Russia and the US invalid.
