Ugandan Minister Anite Says UTL is on the Road to Recovery

The provisional administration of the troubled Uganda Telecom Ltd seems to be paying off. The provisional administrator Bemanya Twebaze told NTV that the new management has cut expenditure by over 350 million shillings in one month and they hope to raise savings to 500 million shillings in the next month. State minister of finance in charge of privatization and investment Evelyn Anite told NTV that whoever dipped their hands in the UTL till should be ready to provide answers or else face the law.
