With the onset of the rainy season, the situation worsens as more and bigger potholes develop. As the biggest city in the country, Harare is expected to have fine, smooth tarmac surfaces. But instead, it has some of the muddiest, bumpiest and most dangerous roads, especially in the residential areas.
