The British Public Relations and Communications Authority, PRCA, says it has terminated the membership of Public Relations firm, Bell Pottinger with no option to re-apply for another five years. We are joined in studio by the past president of the Southern African Public Relations Authority PRISA, Thabisile Phumo, to help trace how the PRCA came to this decision.
