Process to Move Life Esidimeni Patients Was Rushed

The man tasked with moving the Life Esidimeni  patients says he warned officials that the transfer could be disastrous. Levy Mosenogi is the states second witness to take the stand at the arbitration hearings into the tragedy. He's again pointed fingers at the former Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu and the department's head Dr Barney Selebano - accusing them of rushing the process.
