The University of Cape Town is in danger of losing its law qualification accreditation. A shocking report by the Council on Higher Education has revealed that UCT is one of three universities that have been told to respond to concerns over their law accreditation by May 2018. The others are the University of Limpopo and the University of Zululand, while the accreditation of the Walter Sisulu Universty in the Eastern Cape has already been withdrawn and it will not be authorized to enroll new law students from 2019.
