Cele Defended His Tough Talk on Crime Fighting

Police Minister Bheki Cele, says he'll be meeting with various heads of the different divisions within the police services over the next week. He is meeting Acting Hawks head Yolisa Matakata today. Speaking to SABC news earlier Cele defended his tough talk on crime fighting. This follows the Ngcobo police massacre that's being making headlines since it broke two weeks ago.... We asked him whether he still believes "police should shoot to kill".
