Team South Africa, led by world champion Caster Semenya arrived in the country after having a successful run at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. South Africa finished in sixth place overall in the medals ranking at 2018's Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia. The South Africans bagged 37 medals in total, 13 gold, 11 silver and 13 bronze. We are joined by the Minister of Sports Tokozile Xasa.
