Wednesday President Cyril Ramaphosa said land reform is necessary for the stability of the country. The president was answering questions in the National Assembly. He says those who are uncomfortable with the proposed policy for land expropriation without compensation must not panic. Ramaphosa says the proposed path will be done orderly and constitutionally.
