SB 261 Secured Transactions in Movable Assets, 2016

 

This Bill may be cited as the Secured Transactions in Movable Assets Bill, 2016. EXPLANATORY NOTE This Act seeks to provide for the registration of financing statements and use of movable assets as acceptable security for accessing credit by individuals and micro, small and medium enterprises in Nigeria.

 

The 8th Nigerian Senate has introduced the  NS8 Chatbot , an online Artificial Intelligence (AI) - powered information service for Nigerians interested in the outgoing 8th Senate's activities, key interventions and achievements.
