SB. 663 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Bill, 2018;, Explanatory Memorandum;, This Bill seeks to provide for the establishment of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal, and for the promotion of competition in the Nigerian markets at all levels by eliminating monopolies, prohibiting abuse of a dominant market positions and penalizing other restrictive trade and business practices.
