The UN-recognised government in Tripoli is blaming rival forces for what it says was a deliberate attack on a refugee camp in Libya. The situation in Libya has become increasingly volatile since April, when renegade commander Khalifa Hafter launched an offensive to control the capital. The UN, which had already described the conditions in the camps as "appalling" condemned Tuesday's attack, saying that civilians should never be targeted. Al Jazeera's Alexi O'Brien reports.
