Nigeria Fishing Festival Resumes After Decade-Long Suspension

Officials in Nigeria's Kebbi state have revived the Argungu Fishing Festival, which was halted in 2009 because of threats from Boko Haram terrorists.  Authorities say with security progress against the Islamist group, the festival can resume and provide jobs and income to thousands. Timothy Obiezu reports from Argungu, Nigeria.
