Over 1.5 million people have already engaged with a WhatsApp helpline launched by the Department of Health at the weekend. COVID-19 Connect was designed to deliver accurate, up-to-date information to citizens during the pandemic. We're joined via SKYPE by one of the brains behind it, Debbie Rogers, from Praekelt.org.
