HIGHLANDERS' African Champions League clash with Mozambique's Costa do Sol on Sunday might be Bosso's biggest test on the continent in a long time.
But it is just like any other match for the battle- hardened duo of Charles Chilufya and Thulani Ncube.
Midfield kingpin Chilufya said they considered all games as the same and Sunday's clash will be no exception.
"All the games are the same. We will see on that day what is going to happen," Chilufya said.
Dependable defender Ncube, sidelined by injury for the better part of last year, said they would be looking for a comfortable lead to take to Mozambique.
"A comfortable lead to Mozambique would be good for us. I am also getting better by the day and looking forward to a victory on Sunday," Ncube said.
The recovery of Ncube and that of midfielder Siza Khoza would be a timely morale booster for the team.
If Highlanders proceed to the second round, their likely opponents may be last year's semi-finalists Petro Athletico of Angola.
The Angolans, however, have what appears a difficult task after they were held to a 1-1 draw at home by lowly Stade Olympique de I'Emyrne of Madagascar. Highlanders are not alone in the quest to conquer the continent and will be joined by Shabanie Mine, who are in the African Cup Winners Cup.
Shabanie host St Michel of Seychelles in the first round first leg on Saturday.
Desire Jamu, the Shabanie secretary, was also looking forward to a healthy first leg lead, which would make their task an easy one in the return leg.
"I do not want to make any predictions but a healthy lead to Seychelles would suit us very well," Jamu said.
Shabanie are likely to face Zambian team Zanaco, should they win, who went through to the second round after their opponents from the Democratic Republic of Congo failed to turn up for the game.
