Climate change is slowing development across Africa, and affecting the daily lives of millions of Africans. According to a new report, Africa - Up in Smoke 2, the international community must act now to stop further damage.

What can be done to mitigate the damaging effects of climate change in Africa, and who is responsible for evaluation, cleanup, and prevention?
