All may not be well in the Burkina Faso camp ahead of tonight's crunch African Nations Cup Group A clash with hosts Equatorial Guinea after reports of a brawl on the team bus following their opening 2-0 loss to Gabon.
Having made the final in South Africa in 2013, and breezed through qualifying for this event, the Burkinabe are among the favourites for the title this year.
They played well enough in their opener against Gabon despite the result, but came up against Didier Ovono in the opponent's goal who was in superb form.
Still, it seems there was unrest on the way back to the hotel after the game, allegedly sparked by leading players Alain Traoré and Jonathan Pitroipa accusing some of their teammates of lacking commitment to the cause.
This was allegedly exacerbated by an argument over whether giant striker Aristide Bancé should have started the game - though there is no suggestion the player himself was involved.
The incident was not denied by Burkinabe Football Federation president Sita Sangaré, who says the disagreements were merely frustration from the players in defeat.
There were no further incidents reported from the team's final training session on Tuesday ahead of the must-win clash against their hosts in Bata.
But certainly the body language of the players will be under intense scrutiny in the fixture, where Burkina Faso will be eliminated with another loss.
