Your Excellency, President Alassane Ouattara, President of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire. Your Excellency Daniel Kablan Duncan Prime Minister of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire. Your Excellency, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, representing His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
