Gambia's Permanent Representative to ECA Presents Credentials to Songwe

The Gambia's Ambassador to Ethiopia, Mr. Sulayman Alieu Jack, who's also the Permanent Representative of his country to the African Union and the Economic Commission for Africa, this week presented his letter of credence to ECA Executive Secretary Ms. Vera Songwe, at her offices in Addis Ababa.

During his time in Ethiopia, Ambassador Jack will focus on the key issues of peace, security and development as part of both his country's and the United Nation's mandate. The Executive Secretary warmly welcomed the Ambassador and expressed her commitment to working closely towards the realization of Africa's Agenda 2063 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Agenda.
