Comedian and late night show extraordinaire Trevor Noah is returning to SA for his first Mzansi comedy tour in five years.

The Trevor Noah Live in South Africa tour, sponsored by Savanna Premium Cider, will take place between August and September 2023.

"I've been away from Mzansi stages for too long," said the host of The Daily Show. "And so much has happened - I'm excited to be back in front of a home crowd."

Noah's last walk out onto a South African stage was in August 2017, when he performed at the International Convention Centre in Durban.

Next year, he'll be stopping off in Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria. Here are the confirmed tour dates:

  • GrandWest Casino & Entertainment World, Cape Town: 31 August 2023 - 3 September 2023
  • Durban International Convention Centre: 7 September 2023 - 10 September 2023
  • SunBet Arena, Pretoria: 12 - 15 September 2023

Tickets for the tour go on sale from 9:00 am on Tuesday, 27 September. They can be purchased on his website, www.trevornoah.com
