Nigeria: 47,000 PVCs Uncollected in Plateau - INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), in Plateau State, has said 49,000 Permanent Voters' Cards (PVCs) are yet to be collected, and appealed to registered voters to get theirs before the upcoming general elections.

Egwurube Otokpa, Deputy Director, Head of Voter Education, Publicity, Gender and Civil Society Organisation of INEC in the state, made the appeal in an interview with Daily Trust in Jos, on the state of PVC collection in the state.

While calling on registered voters to come for the PVCs, he also urged leaders of various political parties and politicians to sensitize their supporters on the need to collect their PVCs before the general elections.
