Let children be children again.  Let them grow up in an environment of love, innocence, integrity,  responsibility, and discipline.

We can no longer ignore our greatest resource.  We can no longer ignore our human capacity.  Build our children, build our youths, build our professionals, build our athletes, build our musicians, build our artist, our plumbers, our electricians, our market women, build all of our people, and collectively, they will build Liberia because we are our greatest resource.   When we develop our human resource capacity, this nation rises.  We, Liberians, are our greatest resource.
