I will establish a National Bureau of Technology whose responsibility will be to oversee and promote the development, implementation, and management of technology related initiatives in Liberia.

The Bureau will drive technology strategic development, research and innovation promotion, a regulatory framework, infrastructure development (digital networks, data centers, testing facilities), and skills training.

Among its many advantages are innovation ecosystems, global competitiveness, job creation, and societal transformation.

Technology will improve every aspect of our lives from improving healthcare services to optimizing transportation systems.

We cannot play catch up, we must leapfrog into the future.
