There is an international company that specialIzes in business development and funding. I know them very well. When I am President I will bring them to Liberia. They will train fifty youths from each county, a total of seven hundred and fifty youths. Then, we will integrate our youths in different sectors and industries in Liberia. We will capitalize them, monitor them, and let them set the Liberian economy ablaze.

I won't stop there. I will get one hundred youths from each county and put them in a special public sector training program. I'm talking about one thousand five hundred youth who will be placed in different ministries, agencies, and different branches of government. They will spend thirty months rotating in different areas in government, and then we will place them strategically in the branches of government to make their mark.

I have said that I will restore the nation to God, and I will. I have said that I will lead with love and compassion, and I will. I have said that I will lead with forgiveness and inclusiveness, and I will. I have said that I will lead by example, and I will. But, it's my creative, innovative, and unconventional dimension of leadership that will propel Liberia to a special place in the world.

I will develop our human capital in a way that is positive and unimaginable, then unleash our people to transform Liberia.

Liberia must rise, Liberia will rise. Long live Liberia. God bless Liberia.
