Liberia: NEC to Announce Final Nationwide Election Results Today

The National Elections Commission (NEC) is expected to announce the final nationwide results for the Presidential, Senatorial, and Representative outcome of the 10 October 2023 General Elections today Tuesday,October 24, 2023.

These announcements will be made at the Commission's press briefing at the NEC Headquarters on 9th & 10th Street at 4:30 p.m.

"Having concluded nearly 100% of the results of the 10 October Elections and, while we await the collated results from Nimba County District 4, Beo Lontuo, there will be no press briefing on Sunday and Monday, 22 and 23 October 2023," the Commission said.

This comes following the end of the Rerun Elections, in Nimba County, District 4 in 2 polling places in precinct Beo Lontuo, where counting and tally were completed after the 20 October 2023 polls. The collation of the results is ongoing at NEC Headquarters.
