The African Development Bank will hold the fifth event of its debt webinar series on Lessons on Sustainable Borrowing and Policy Implementation on Tuesday, 28 November 2023.

The session will explore strategic policy issues on debt sustainability and share key findings and recommendations based on three country case studies from Mozambique, Angola and Zambia on tackling the debt crisis.

The webinar will also draw lessons on how to make sustainable borrowing decisions. There will be opportunities for participants to propose practical solutions and policy recommendations for African governments.

The seminar is being organized with support from the Japanese government and the Fund for African Private Sector Assistance (FAPA), a multi-donor fund hosted by the African Development Bank.

Interpretation services will be available in English, French and Portuguese.
