This luxurious high-rise residential facility is strategically located on Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, one of Lagos' prime locations.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Emmanuel Odemayowa, group managing director of Cavalli Group, outlined the project's two phases. "The first phase, for which the foundation was laid, includes The Bellagio Lagos residence, also known as ADRAO Tower. It will be located at the rear of the site and will consist of nine suspended floors, with the ground floor designated as a recreation area and the remaining floors as residential apartments."
The second phase will encompass the main Bellagio, featuring hotel apartments and office spaces situated at the front, where the show office is being established.
Odemayowa detailed the development, consisting of three iconic towers, each with 10 floors. These towers will seamlessly blend space, comfort, functionality, and world-class amenities including a rooftop helipad, swimming pool, spa, 24/7 security surveillance, multi-sport court, fully equipped gym, and fully fitted kitchens.
Additional amenities include a 5-star café and restaurant, interiors designed by Roberto Cavalli, custom Italian bathroom designs, and panoramic views of the ocean and city.
