Popular actress, Mosun Filani has opened up on how she handles stardom and fame.

In an interview with Pot-pourri, she said: "I try as much as possible to be real, so what you see in the movies or screen is exactly what you see in real life when you see me. Once you are true to yourself, stardom won't come with challenges

Asked about the need for celebrities to speak up about societal issues, she said: "We will continue to speak up about societal issues, it has to be a conscious effort from everyone until we are heard loudly. Everyone is doing what they can and one day we will definitely be heard loudly and clearly".

Going down memory lane, she shared how her experience has been so far in Nollywood. Filani who got rave reviews for her movie, Different Strokes, said:" My journey in the acting industry has been incredibly rewarding. While the learning phase was challenging and far from easy, I had a solid support system that guided me through. Today, I am grateful for the progress and growth, and I attribute much of this to divine faithfulness and the unwavering support from those around me".
