The African Development Bank's Regional Office for Central Africa will launch the Report on the Regional Economic Outlook for Central Africa 2024 on Friday 22 November, from 10.00 to 11.30 (GMT+1).

This flagship publication by the African Development Bank Group sets out the recent performance and socio-economic development outlook for countries in Central Africa. It also addresses the acceleration of the structural transformation and reforms of the global financial architecture for financing this transformation in the countries of the region, based on the following theme: "Driving Central Africa's Transformation through Reform of the Global Financial Architecture".

The event will be attended by the governors of the African Development Bank for the countries in the region (Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo and Chad), regional authorities (for the Economic Community of Central African States and Central African Economic and Monetary Community areas), the Bank's Vice President and Chief Economist, Kevin Urama, the Bank's Director General for Central Africa, Serge N'Guessan, country office managers in the region and non-state actors from countries in Central Africa.
