Nigeria: Experts to Explore Real Estate Investments At Niesv Confab

Experts and stakeholders in the real estate market will be discussing issues around transforming, investing and thriving in the real estate market at the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) 2025 Annual National Conference.

Speakers will also explore sustainable ways to optimise real estate finance and taxation at the conference.

Victor Adekunle Alonge, National Conference president and Chairman of Council, NIESV said the event will host estate surveyors and valuers in Nigeria and in Diaspora, players and critical stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Themed, 'Transform, Invest, Thrive: Optimising Real Estate Finance and Taxation,' NIESV 2025 Conference promises to lay the groundwork for long-term economic growth and stability in Nigeria, bench-marking on real estate.

A statement signed by Richard Olodu, national publicity secretary of the institution, stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, shall be the special guest of honour, while Godswill Akpabio, President of the 10th Senate, shall be the guest of Honour.
