She further reminded the graduates that if you don't know where you are going or intend to go anywhere, it can become a destination. For example, when you land your first job or establish your first company, a detailed and realistic plan for success is a primary way to achieve success.
The Liberian Education Minister encouraged the graduates to remember this vital truth as they step out into the world, whether their journey takes them across Bong County, throughout Liberia, or distant shores.
Even though the journey ahead may not be simple, keep your reason in mind and let it be the unwavering guide that directs your every step, inspiring your actions and shaping your significant contribution to the vibrant tapestry of Liberia's future.
"Don't let any obstacles stop you from achieving greatness and let your unwavering commitment to quality and integrity be your greatest legacy. Remember that when you're at the top, you become the talk of the town," she added.
Dr. Jarso Maley Jallah told the Cuttington University graduates not to be distracted by the noise, adding "Stay in control of your life, because if you're not, life will take over. In all of your endeavors, find ways to give back. Never forget the power of generosity."
Whether it's your time, talent, or resources, invest in the growth of your institution, your communities, and the prosperity of our people.
"Never win alone. True success and lasting triumph are rarely the product of solitary effort. Always champion the essential roles of collaboration and teamwork. Know the difference between knowledge and wisdom," she noted.
Liberia's Minister of Education, Dr. Jarso Maley Jallah, in her keynote address inspired the 707 graduates to lead with excellence, integrity, and innovation.
