The U.S. Embassy Abuja is soliciting quotations from qualified companies for the provision of Solid Waste Disposal and Recyclables Pickup at various United States Government (USG) compounds in Abuja, Nigeria.

Site Visit Registration Deadline: January 9, 2026 (Maximum 2 representatives per company; submit full names to AbujaProcurement@state.gov)

Pre-Quotation Site Visit: January 14, 2026 - 9:00 a.m. (local time)

Quotation Due Date: January 19, 2026 - 11:59 p.m. (WAT)

Submission: Electronically to AbujaProcurement@state.gov in MS Word 2007/2010, MS Excel 2007/2010, or PDF (file size ≤25MB per email).
