Liberia: Ex-NSA Officer Suspected of Rape Appears in Court

Peter Bon Jallah, the dismissed Special Assistant to the National Security Agency (NSA), Director, Maj. Gen. Prince C. Johnson, who was arrested and facing rape charges made his first appearance on the charges Monday afternoon, at the Monrovia City Court.

Jallah, 64, is standing trial on charges bordering on gang raped, rape and kidnapping, according to the police charged sheet.

During yesterday's proceedings, defendant Jallah pleaded not guilty to the charges when read to him in court.

Despite the not guilty plea, Jallah was remanded at the Monrovia Central Prison, to wait until the commencement of his trial. The charges against Jallah are nonbaible offensive.

The Women and Children Protection Section at the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), who chargedJallah, informed the court that the incident occurred on separate dates, November 29, 2025, December 24, 2025, January 1 to 3, 2026, Air Field, Sinkor, Monrovia Liberia.

According to the court documents, defendant Jallah was charged based on the complaint from complainant Sattarus S. Kennedy, on January 5, 2025 in which she alleged that her 16yrs old son was a victim with the initials A H.B.A. (name with for reason of confidentiality) was sexually abused-raped by defendant Peter Bon Jallah on November 29, 2025 and December 24, 2025 at his Air Field, Sinkor Sharks Community residence.

Complainant Sattarus Kennedy also alleged that the victim was kidnapped and taken to an unknown house within the Camp Johnson road vicinity by defendant Jallah at about 3:00 P/M, where he was Gang Raped on January 1, 2026 to 3rd of January, 2026 by the defendant and two unidentified male adults charged in absentia (means someone is formally accused of a crime in a legal proceeding without being physically present in court.

The court's document alleges that during an interview with the victim, he narrated that he and defendant Peter Bon Jallah live in the same Airfield, Sinkor Sharks community where he often rendered domestic services to the defendant such as washing cars, sweeping the yard and washing floor, and defendant Jallah usually compensates him with money for recess.

He further averred that on January 1", 2025, New Year's Day he participated in a football league on the Kpelle Town Football Field, and after the game, why on his way, he saw defendant Jallah in front of his fence and the defendant asked him (A. H. B. A.) why he didn't ask defendant Jallah to buy a football boot for him and he told the defendant that he forgot.

He further narrated that the defendant told him that he should go take a bath and come back to the defendant's house so that the defendant takes him out to buy a pair of boots for him.

According to the victim, he went home, took his bath, came back, entered the defendant's fence and waited for defendant Jallah to take his bath so the both of them could leave.

He stated that after the defendant took bath, the both of them got on the defendant's car and the defendant took him to an unknown building within the vicinity of Camp Johnson Road at about 3:00 P.M on January 1, 2026, where he got gang raped by the defendant and two unidentified male adults.

He further narrated that while he was at Camp Johnson, suspect Bon Jallah told his friend to ensure that he eat some solf food it was at that point that the defendants prepared lulus and give him to eat and after he eat the lulus, he became dizzy before also being sexually abused (gang raped/sodomized).

He claims that on the January 3rd, 2025, defendant Peter Bon Jallah between 10:00PM to 11:00 PM took him from in the premises where he was harbored and sexually abused, put him in the back of a jeep and dropped him off at 15 street, Sinkor, Payne Avenue, after the National Social Security office leaving him naked with only a boxer on and helpless.

The victim stated further that while laying and crying for help on 15 street Payne Avenue, some men to include (Saygbeh M. Johnson a security officer from Apex private security Firm, Sackie Tobby and Diamond Kpaka both are casual worker in building construction )came to his rescue and helped him contact his grandmother Rebecca B. Tamba and his mother complainant Sattarus who came quickly and took him to the JFK Hospital.

In addition, the victim revealed that prior to the Gang Rape abused perpetrated by defendant Bon Jallah and accomplices on January 1, 2026 to January 3, 2026, defendant Peter Bon Jallah sexually abused (raped) him at his Air Field, Sinkor residence on two occasions.

First on November 29, 2025 in the defendant's bedroom while the victim went to render services. And the second time was on December 24, 2025 in defendant Bon Jallah daughter's room while also rendering services, the record alleges.

However, the police claims that defendant Jallah was charged based on its preliminary investigation with the victim, complainant, suspect, witnesses and crime scene visitation the following facts were gathered as to wit:

That victim A.H. B. A. is 16yrs old and defendant Peter Bon Jallah is 63yrs old; that victim A. H. B. A and defendant Peter Bon Jallah been in contact with each other at his Air Field resident on numeral occasion contrary to the defendant assertion that the he has never ever come in contact with the victim

That victim A. H B. A. has entered the compound and house of the defendant Peter Bon Jallah contrary to defendant Bon Jallah's assertion that the victim has never entered his compound and house;

That witnesses' statements corroborate with the victim accounts that he Victim (A.H.B.A) had entered the compound and house of defendant Peter Bon Jallah on several occasions to render services;

That the victim description of the defendant's compound and house corroborated during the scene visitation;

That defendant Peter Bon Jallah owns a property on Camp Johnson Road.

That the victim assertion, that defendant Peter Bon Jallah owns a black jeep was substantiated during the investigation

That victim A. H. B. A was seen helplessly laying on 15 street Payne Avenue on the night of Saturday January 3rd, 2026;

That defendant Peter Bon Jallah was seen on Camp Johnson Road on January 3rd, 2025 contrary to his account that he did not go on Camp Johnson Road on January 3rd, 2025;

That witnesses account corroborated with the complainant assertion that on several times she advised the victim to avoid going in the defendant's fence;

That the medical report of victim A.H.B.A. from the JFK Hospital One Stop Center revealed the following(bruises observed around the sphincter muscles, fluid coming from the anus with foul odor

The GSM analysis from Defendant Peter Bon Jallah cell phone records place him within the vicinity of the crime scene, contrary to his assertion that he was nowhere in the vicinity during the commission of the crime.

That victim (A.H.B.A.) was taken to the JFK Memorial Hospital by his Mother Complainant Sattarus S. Kennedy on the night of January 3.2026 where he is currently admitted.
