Nigeria: Adeyemi Hails New Kogi APC Exco, Commends Governor Ododo

Senator Smart Adeyemi has congratulated the newly elected leadership of the Kogi State APC chapter, led by Ezzu Mohmoh, following their successful emergence at the State Congress held Lokoja on Tuesday.

Senator Adeyemi warmly welcomed the new Chairman and members of the State Working Committee (SWC), expressing confidence in their ability to reposition and strengthen the party.

He described Engr. Mohmoh as a grassroots politician, technocrat, and reputable engineer whose experience, including his service as the immediate past Special Adviser on Project Monitoring.

Senator Adeyemi urged the new chairman to align with the Continuity 2027 agenda championed by Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Ahmed Usman Ododo, calling for an open-door, democratic leadership approach that reflects the values of the party's national and state leaders.

He praised Governor Ododo for delivering a peaceful and rancor-free Congress, attributing this to his wisdom in party administration, strong stakeholder engagement, and growing political acceptability across the Presidency, National Secretariat, and grassroots.

Senator Adeyemi also commended the Governor's improvements in governance and security across the State.
