Nigeria: Beta Glass Posts N149.1bn Profit After Tax for 2025

Beta Glass Plc has reported a strong financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2025, posting a revenue of N149.12 billion and a 144 per cent surge in profit after tax, driven by improved efficiency and sustained demand.

According to its audited financial statement, the company's revenue grew by 27 per cent from N117.58 billion in 2024 to N149.12 billion in 2025.

Gross profit rose by 71 per cent to N52.66 billion from N30.76 billion, while operating profit jumped by 104 per cent to N48.09 billion from N23.56 billion recorded in the previous year.

Profit before tax increased by 154 per cent to N50.54 billion, while profit after tax climbed significantly to N33.25 billion, up from N13.63 billion in 2024.

Earnings per share also rose by 144 per cent to N55.41 compared to N22.71 in the previous year, reflecting the company's strong profitability.

The company attributed the improved performance to enhanced operational efficiency and cost management, with gross margin rising to 35.3 per cent from 26.3 per cent, and operating margin increasing to 32.3 per cent from 20.0 per cent.

Speaking on the results, the Chief Executive Officer of Beta Glass Plc, Alex Gendis, said: "This year's results reflect the resilience of our business model and the successful execution of our strategic initiatives. Despite market challenges, our commitment to delivering value to our shareholders was and remains strong.
