Iwagun said her bid is driven by a desire to deliver purposeful, visible, and accountable representation focused on development and opportunity.

"I strongly believe I have the capacity, vision, and passion to deliver quality representation to the good people of Okitipupa/Irele Federal Constituency," she said shortly after obtaining the forms.

"This movement is about service, impact, and giving our people a stronger voice at the national level."

She reaffirmed her commitment to youth inclusion, women empowerment, and people-oriented governance.

Her agenda will prioritize human capital development, economic empowerment, and policies that directly improve welfare, especially for youths and women in the constituency.

Iwagun's aspiration is already gaining momentum among young people and women in Okitipupa/Irele.

Many see her as part of a new generation of leaders defined by competence, accessibility, and commitment to public service.

Political observers say her entry adds a fresh dynamic to the race as calls for greater inclusion of young people and women in governance grow ahead of the 2027 general elections.
