Following the announcement, Superintendent Grant escorted CSA Director-General, Dr. Josiah F. Joekai Jr., to the site for an inspection, underscoring the county's strong commitment to supporting the Agency's regional expansion.

Superintendent Grant further pledged the county administration's full support in mobilizing financial and material resources to initiate construction of the facility.

"Grand Gedeh County serves as the southeastern regional hub. To ensure that civil service activities for the region are centralized here, the county administration is committed to providing two acres of land for the Civil Service Agency," Superintendent Grant stated.

In response, CSA Director-General Dr. Joekai expressed appreciation on behalf of the Agency's staff and senior management, describing the gesture as a major boost to ongoing public sector reform and decentralization efforts.

"This development strengthens our resolve to build a public service that is second to none in the region. It further motivates us to advance the vision of President Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr. by bringing government services closer to the people," Dr. Joekai said.

Dr. Joekai also indicated that the CSA will engage the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, under the leadership of Hon. Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan, to secure financial support for the project.

He added that the Agency has initiated discussions with the Liberia Land Authority (LLA) to begin the formal land deeding process.

Upon completion, the southeastern regional headquarters will provide the full range of CSA services to residents of Grand Gedeh, Sinoe, River Gee, Maryland, and Grand Kru counties.

The Civil Service Agency is currently undertaking major renovations of its regional office in Tubmanburg, Bomi County, and is advancing plans to construct another modern regional headquarters in Gbarnga, Bong County.
