What: Seminar on business opportunities with the African Development Bank Group at the 22nd edition of the Tunisia Investment Forum

Where: El Mouradi Hotel, Gammarth, Tunis

The African Development Bank Group will participate in the 22nd edition of the Tunisia Investment Forum (TIF), to be held in Tunis from 25th to 26th June 2026 under the Ministry of Economy and Planning.

The forum is expected to bring together nearly 1,000 participants, including government officials, investors, representatives of financial institutions, and technical and development partners.

The Bank Group will take part in the plenary and high-level sessions bringing together Tunisian authorities and international partners and will co-organize a side event focused on business opportunities and donor-financed procurement.

Objectives:

  • Present opportunities in contracts financed by the Bank Group,
  • Increase the participation of Tunisia's private sector in regional projects,
  • Promote dialogue between financing institutions and businesses.

Expected outcomes:

  • Stronger awareness among Tunisian companies of business opportunities financed by the African Development Bank Group and the World Bank Group,
  • better understanding of each institution's procurement procedures,
  • Stronger dialogue between the two institutions and Tunisia's private sector,
  • Identification of practical avenues to strengthen the participation of Tunisian firms in contracts financed by the African Development Bank Group and the World Bank Group, including through partnerships and joint ventures.

Target audiences:

  • Tunisian companies active in construction and infrastructure, engineering and consulting, electrical and industrial equipment, manufacturing, technical services and technology, energy, water, and sanitation,
  • Business associations, including the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA), the Tunisian Confederation of Citizen Enterprises (CONECT), the Tunisia Africa Business Council (TABC),
  • Public institutions.
