Support for Ivorian Leader Cracks Ahead of Summit
Ahead of the African Union's summit, President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has joined South Africa and Angola in casting doubt on the recognition of Alassane Outtara as winner of Cote d'Ivoire's disputed presidential ballot. This is in contrast to West African states, who have strongly backed his election.-
