Nigeria Passes Same-Sex Prohibition Bill

The country's Senate today passed the Same-Sex Prohibition Bill which stipulates a 10 to 14 year jail term for offenders - Senate president David Mark says marriage between same sexes is alien to the Nigerian tradition and against all religious morals.
