African Leaders Attend Seoul Nuclear Summit

African leaders have joined their international counterparts in Seoul, South Korea, to discuss the uses of nuclear energy in their respective countries. Egypt has defended its right of using nuclear energy while Nigeria's Jonathan has commended South Korea on its technological advances and peaceful use of nuclear power.
