Liberia Declares Gbagbo's Former Youth Minister Wanted

Following a deadly attack in western Cote d'Ivoire allegedly carried out by Liberian mercenaries and supporters of former President Laurent Gbagbo, the Liberian government has declared several persons wanted, including Gbagbo's former charismatic youth minister, Charles Ble Goude.
