U.S. Tells Rwanda to Denounce DR Congo Rebels

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Johnnie Carson has called on the Rwandan government to publicly denounce the M23 rebel militia which is fighting in eastern section of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). President Paul Kagame has continuously denied involvement in the conflict, blaming Western countries and international organisations for the ongoing crisis.
