Five Countries Eligible for U.S. Funds
The U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation, an independent U.S. government foreign aid program, has selected Liberia, Niger, Sierra Leone, Morocco and Tanzania as countries that have "adopted policy reforms and strengthened institutions", making them eligible to develop proposals for funding.
