Sirleaf Blasts Liberia's Electricity Authorities

President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has instructed the management of the Liberian Electricity Corporation to speed up the electrification of communities in Monrovia, saying it is "ridiculous that we have all this material here and still cannot generate power".
