APC Ready to Lead, President Has Failed - Tinubu

Nigeria's election next February, the first two-party contest since the end of military rule in 1999, pits the ruling People's Democractic Party (PDP) against the All Progressives Congress (APC), which was formed last year as a merger of the four largest opposition movements. Bola Tinubu, national APC leader and former Lagos governor, says in an AllAfrica interview the party is ready to lead and transform Nigeria. President Jonathan, who is expected to seek another term, has failed,Tinubu says.
