Ebola Progress in Sierre Leone - 'Together We Must Do More' - WFP

Sierre Leone and international partners have made "a lot of progress" assisting victims of Ebola, the World Food Programme Executive Director Ertharin Cousin said following a three-day visit. "But we all have more work to do." The disease continues to claim more and more lives, leaving behind orphans and other survivors and and creating severe social and economic challenges.

The Kerry Town Ebola treatment centre was built in partnership with the UK’s Department for International Development and the Ministry of Defence.
