Distrust Hampers West Africa's Fight Against Boko Haram

The governments of Cameroon and Nigeria say they have joined forces to combat the extremist group, but their co-operation leaves a lot to be desired, with the Nigerian media repeatedly accusing Chad's leaders of supporting Boko Haram, and Cameroon suspecting that the terrorists are receiving help in other countries.
