Government 'Ruins' Scheme to Reduce Mothers' Deaths

Global Goodwill Ambassador for the International Confederation of Midwives Toyin Saraki, who launched the Wellbeing Africa Foundation, says most Nigerian women do not have a skilled attendant present when giving birth - and that midwives save lives of both mothers and babies.
