Nigeria: Who Will Obama Send to Buhari's Inauguration?

There is growing speculation about who be be in the official delegation President Obama sends to represent the United States at the inauguration of Nigeria's president-elect Muhammadu Buhari at the end of May and which leaders will attend from Africa and across the globe. 

 

There is speculation that U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama will be attending the president-elect's inauguration.
